1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:40 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 5:40 p.m.)
