The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session) Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, and Matulac
Absent: Councilmember Palmares

The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:33 p.m.
