1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:19 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE NEWLY CREATED
MEASURE P OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE, DESIGN REVIEW BOARD AND
THE MCCUNE COLLECTION COMMISSION
Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the newly created Measure P Oversight Committee, and 2 vacancies on the Design Review Board and the McCune Collection Commission. It is anticipated that appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on October 10, 2023

Loretta Gaddies and Garrett Toles – District 2

Anna E. Bergman – District 4
Jose (Joey) Carrizales, Jackie Jones, Dwight Monroe Jr., Brien Farrel, Robert Fleming, Rob’Lena (Shay) Miles, and Matthew Kennedy – District 5 Jasmine Salmeron – District 6
Councilmember Arriola left the meeting at 8:05 p.m.
