1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:07 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Haen, Human Resources Director, Sifuentes, Police Chief Ta, Deputy Police Chief Gomez, and Aaron Slater, Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.
The City Council convened into Closed Session at 5:07 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6
Negotiators: Mike Malone, City Manager; Terrance Davis, Assistant City Manager; Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director; and Aaron Slater (Beauchaine Consulting Group, LLC.)
Employee Organization: Vallejo Police Officers Association (VPOA)
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
