1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 6:13 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, and Palmares (arrived at 6:21 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Matulac
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Attorney Knight, and Interim Police Chief Ta
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 6:02 p.m.
