The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:02 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, and Water Director Schoenberger
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:03 p.m.
