1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Loera- Diaz (arrived at 2:17 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 2:17 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Bregenzer
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Davis, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Interim Police Chief Ta, and Deputy Police Chief Gomez
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the City Attorney Law Library at 2:03 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)

4. ADJOURNMENT
Council reconvened into open session and City Attorney Nebb reported Council provided direction to its legal counsel.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
