The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None

The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:37 p.m.
