The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga (arrived at 7:11 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Loera-Diaz, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson

4. ACTION CALENDAR
A. ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SUCCESSOR MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF VALLEJO AND THE VALLEJO
POLICE OFFICERS' ASSOCIATION
Recommendation: Adopt a resolution approving a successor Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Vallejo and the Vallejo Police Officers' Association.

Human Resources Director Sifuentes provided background information, outlined the key terms of the tentative agreement and staff recommendation.
Speakers: Anne Carr.
Staff responded to questions from Councilmembers. Councilmembers provided comment.
Action: moved by Vice Mayor Verder-Aliga and carried to adopt Resolution No. 23-189 N.C. (Noes – Arriola).
