RECOMMENDATION
Establish and approve a schedule of regular 2x2 Committee meetings for 2024.
REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION
T o establish a set schedule for meetings in an effort not to con ict with meetings, Councilmembers and Trustees have established.
BACKGROUND AND DISCUSSION
The staff is proposing three options for meeting dates that will be scheduled to take place in Council Chambers. The proposed dates are included in the attachment for review and decision.
The proposed meeting time will be 4:00 PM.
If the 2x2 Committee desires to modify the proposed schedule, the 2024 calendar listing all City observed holidays has been included in the attachment of this report.
FISCAL IMPACT
There is no scal impact related to adoption of the schedule.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
This action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a project which has a potential for resulting in either a direct physical change in the environment, or a reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment, pursuant to CEQA Guideline section 15378.
