1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Davis, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, and Assistant City Attorney Knight
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:47 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Pursuant to California Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1): VPOA et al. v. City of Vallejo, et al., United States District Court, Eastern District of California, Case No. 2:21-cv- 00454-KJM-CKD
4. ADJOURNMENT
