1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:40 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:40 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Bregenzer
Staff present: Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Joe Gorton (consultant).
Speaker: Anne Carr.
The Council convened into closed session in the Conference Room at 4:36 p.m.
