1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 9:43 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga (arrived at 3:09 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson and Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEW FOR THE NEWLY CREATED POLICE
OVERSIGHT & ACCOUNTABILITY COMMISSION (POAC)
Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the POAC. It is anticipated that appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on February 27, 2024
