1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: Assistant City Managers Davis and Haen, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Risk Manager Sarkis, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
The Council convened into Closed Session at 4:35 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Liability Claims: Tyler Quinn v. City of Vallejo, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.95
B. Conference with Legal Counsel – Anticipated Litigation: Significant exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(2)- one case
C. Public Employee Performance Evaluation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957
