Lennar Homes has since been sold to the Nimitz Group. The City of Vallejo may be able to assist in getting some of the processes to completed for the purchase agreement. There are four conditions that arise from that era. Erin Hansford, City of Vallejo Economic Department, spoke about the parcelizaiton being the first hurdle that may take extended time.

Once the budget is in place for this officers will be dispatched for more coverage around schools and events.
