The project is categorically exempt pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section
15331 (Class 31 “Historic Resource Restoration
/Rehabilitation”). Therefore, no further environmental
analysis is required beyond that which is contained in the staff report.

Notice was published in the Vallejo Times Herald.

– Active neighborhood groups
– Property owners
• Members of the Planning Commission
• Members of the AHLC
• The applicant/property owner
Recommendation
• Staff recommends that the Architectural
Heritage and Landmarks Commission adopt
a Resolution to APPROVE COA #23-0003
based on the Findings and Conditions of
Approval listed in the Staff
Report/Resolution.
