1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 4:51 p.m.)
Absent: Councilmember Verder-Aliga
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Haen, Chief Assistance City Attorney Risner, Deputy City Attorney Jacob, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:32 p.m.
