1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola (arrived at Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Davis and Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner; Human Resources Director Sifuentes, Art Hartinger (Renne Public Law Group), James Wawrzyniak Jr. (Jones Hall), and Joe Gorton (Consultant)
The City Council convened into Closed Session at 4:33 p.m.
