1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb and City Clerk Abrahamson
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Nebb reported Council gave staff direction with respect to Closed Session Items A and B. No other action was taken.
5. PUBLIC COMMENT REGARDING CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS
Speakers: Phillip Balbuena, Maria F., Hadassah Thomas, Willie Austin, and Anne Carr.
6. CONSENT CALENDAR
Action: moved by Mayor McConnell and carried unanimously to adopt the Consent Calendar.
A. AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN A LETTER EXPRESSING THE CITY OF
VALLEJO'S SUPPORT TO REQUEST FUNDING FOR THE COMMUNITY
ACTION PARTNERSHIP OF SOLANO COUNTY, JOINT POWERS
AUTHORITY
Recommendation: Authorize the Mayor to sign a letter to Assemblymember Lori Wilson on behalf of the City of Vallejo, expressing the City’s support to request funding for the Community Action Partnership of Solano County, Joint Powers Authority (CAP Solano, JPA).
