1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Water Director Schoenberger, Water Resources Manager Cansdale, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Joe Gorton (Consultant)
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:02 p.m.
