1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:37 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Attorney Nebb, Human Resources Director Sifuentes and Joe Gorton, Bob Hall & Associates)
Speaker: Jackie Arnold
The City Council convened into closed session at 8:40 a.m. The closed session recessed from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned following the end of closed session at approximately 5:30 p.m.
