1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: Councilmember Bregenzer
Staff present: City Manager Malone, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, and Finance Director Nayar
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:02 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Designated Representatives: Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
