The meeting was called to order at4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga (arrived during Closed Session)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Human Resources Director Sifuentes and Joe Gorton (Consultant)
Speakers: Robert G., HelenMarie Gordon, Tim Heimstra, and Steve Arnold
The Council convened into Closed Session at 4:40 p.m.
