1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:33 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: Interim City Manager Marshall, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Economic Development Director Nimon
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:35 p.m.
