1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares (arrived at 5:02 p.m.), and Verder-Aliga (arrived at 5:14 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Finance Director Nayar
The City Council convened into closed session in the Council Conference Room at 5:02 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Designated Representatives: Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
Employee Organizations: Confidential, Administrative, Managerial & Professional (CAMP) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 1245
