1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares (arrived at 5:10 p.m.), and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Economic Development Director Nimon, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:05 p.m.
