1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz (arrived at 4:31 p.m.), Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: Councilmember Verder-Aliga
Staff present: City Manager Murray, Assistant City Manager Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Attorneys Knight and Jacob, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Finance Director Nayar.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:33 p.m.
