1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: Councilmember Bregenzer
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Attorney Jacob, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes.
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:32 p.m.
