1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: Councilmember Arriola
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR VARIOUS CITY OF VALLEJO
BOARD, COMMISSIONS & COMMITTEES
Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to fill vacancies on the following:
Beautification Commission - 1 vacancy
Design Review Board - 2 vacancies
Housing & Community Development Commission - 2 vacancies McCune Collection Commission - 1 vacancy
Participatory Budgeting Steering Committee - 3 member and 3 alternate member vacancies
Planning Commission - 1 vacancy
Surveillance Advisory Board, District 3 member vacancy
It is anticipated that appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on October 8, 2024
