1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:45 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: Mayor McConnell and Councilmember Bregenzer
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE MEASURE P OVERSIGHT
COMMITTEE
Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the Measure P Oversight Committee for Districts 1, 3 and 6 and for an at-large member. Terms of the current members expire October 10, 2024.
It is anticipated appointments will be made at the City Council's regular meeting on October 22, 2024

Council conducted interviews for the following applicants:
District 1 Applicants – Kanat Tibet, David Wolins and Manjeeta Singh District 3 Applicants – Richard Hybels and Regina Briseno District 6 Applicants – Jasmine Salmeron, Tony Vargas and Paula Marckesano- Jones
At-Large Applicants – Jackie Jones and Suzanne Harrington-Cole
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:13 p.m.
