1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga (arrived at 4:45 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Assistant City Attorney Knight, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:32 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Liability Claims: Carlos Gonzalez v. City of Vallejo, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.95
B. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Designated Representatives: Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
Employee Organizations: Vallejo Police Officers Association (VPOA) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 1245
4. ADJOURNMENT
