1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:32 p.m.

Present: Mayor McConnell, Vice Mayor Loera-Diaz, Councilmembers Arriola, Bregenzer, Matulac, Palmares, and Verder-Aliga
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson and Assistant City Manager Haen
Speaker: Jimmy Genn and Anne Carr
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:39 p.m.
