The Community Forum is an opportunity to address the Council on any matter for which another opportunity to speak is not provided on the agenda, and which is within the jurisdiction of the Council to resolve. B. WAIVE FULL READING AND AUTHORIZING INTRODUCTIONS AND/OR
ADOPTION OF ORDINANCES BY TITLE ONLY
Recommendation: Waive reading and authorize introductions and/or adoption of any and all ordinances on this agenda, if any, by title only. This is a standard
procedural action so the City Council does not have to read an ordinance in its entirety.

C. ADOPT AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VALLEJO AMENDING SECTION 16.301.01 "LAND USE REGULATIONS"
OF THE VALLEJO MUNICIPAL CODE AND THE ZONING MAP RELATED TO THE VALLEJO HOUSING ELEMENT 2023-2031
Recommendation: Adopt an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Vallejo amending Section 16.301.01 "Land Use Regulations" of the Vallejo Municipal Code and the Zoning Map related to the Vallejo Housing Element 2023-2031.

D. ADOPT AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VALLEJO AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1875 N.C. (2D), SECTION 5, EXHIBIT A - CHAPTER 5.10 OF THEE VALLEJO MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TOBACCO RETAIL LICENSING
Recommendation: Adopt an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Vallejo amending Ordinance No. 1875 N.C. (2d), Section 5, Exhibit A - Chapter 5.10 of the Vallejo Municipal Code relating to Tobacco Retail Licensing.

E. ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION RECITING THE FACT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON NOVEMBER 5, 2024 DECLARING THE

Recommendation: Adopt a resolution reciting the fact of the General Municipal Election held on November 5, 2024 declaring the results and such other matters as provided by law.
