1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju, Matias, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, Chief Assistant City Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Risk Manager Sarkis.
The Council convened into Closed Session at 6:02 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Liability Claims: Maynard Catlis vs. City of Vallejo Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.95
B. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4):1 Case
