The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.

Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju, Matias, and Palmares
Absent: Councilmember Matulac
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, and Assistant City Manager Haen

The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 6:34 p.m.
