SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES

1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer (remotely), Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju (arrived at 4:34 p.m.), Matias (arrived at 4:34 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, and Economic Development Project Manager Hanford.
Mayor Sorce informed the Council Vice Mayor Bregenzer is ill and requested Council take action pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 54953(f)(2)(A)(i) to allow Vice Mayor Bregenzer to participate remotely in Closed Session.
Vice Mayor Bregenzer disclosed he is ill and is requesting to be allowed to participate in Closed Session remotely.
Action: moved by Councilmember Matulac and carried unanimously by members present to allow Vice Mayor Bregenzer to participate remotely using both audio and visual technology in the Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(f)(2)(A)(i) (Absent: Lediju and Matias).
The Council convened into Closed Session at 4:35 p.m. in the Council Conference Room and with Vice Mayor Bregenzer participating remotely.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Purusant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1)
