The meeting was called to order at 5:17 p.m.

3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR THE MEASURE P OVERSIGHT
COMMITTEE (MPOC), POLICE OVERSIGHT & ACCOUNTABILITY
COMMISSION (POAC), AND SURVEILLANCE & ADVISORY BOARD (SAB) Recommendation: The purpose of this special meeting is to conduct applicant interviews only for appointments to the MPOC, POAC AND SAB. Appointments will be made at a subsequent regular City Council meeting.
