1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju (arrived at 5:06 p.m., Matias (arrived during closed session), Matulac, and Palmares (virtually).
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Manager Haen, Assistant City Attorney Knight, Deputy City Attorneys Limbach and Gangapuram, and Housing Director Jones
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:02 p.m.

A. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation: Gomez v. City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court, Case No. CU25-cv-03771, pursuant to California Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1)
