1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:02 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Matias, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: Councilmember Lediju
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, Deputy City Clerk Joya, Assistant City Manager Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:04 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4): 3 Cases
B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:
Agency Designated Representative: Andrew Murray, City Manager and Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
Employee Organization: Vallejo Police Officer’s Association (VPOA)
4. ADJOURNMENT
