1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju, Matulac, Matias (arrived after roll call), and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Haen, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, Police Chief Ta, and Assistant City Attorney Jacob
The Council convened into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation: Ty Robinson v. City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court, Case No. FCS055466, pursuant to California Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1).
B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:
Agency Designated Representatives: Andrew Murray, City Manager and Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
