1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju, Matias, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Police Chief Ta, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Finance Director Nayar

City Attorney Nebb reported there was no action taken on Closed Session Item 3A.
5. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONSIDER AND POSSIBLY ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH SOLANO
COUNTY AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME Recommendation: Consider and possibly adopt a resolution approving an agreement for law enforcement services with Solano County.

City Manager Murray reviewed police staffing shortage, discussed the engagement efforts with Solano County and outlined the main provisions of the proposed agreement and additional considerations including:
• City Settlement Agreement with CalDOJ
• City Labor Negotiations Responsibilities
• City Indemnification and Insurance
• Impact on Public Safety in Vallejo
• Operational Challenges
Staff responded to questions from Councilmembers.

Another question and answer period followed. Councilmembers provided comment.
Action: moved by Vice Mayor Bregenzer and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 25-105 N.C. approving an agreement for law enforcement services with Solano County.
