1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju, Matias, and Matulac
Absent: Vice Mayor Bregenzer and Councilmember Palmares Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Manager Nalungo, and Human Resources Director Sifuentes
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:06 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:
Agency Designated Representatives: Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director and Andrew Murray, City Manager
Employee Organizations: International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union 1245 (IBEW)
B. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) or (3) of subdivision (d) of Government Code section 54956.9. Significant exposure to litigation, one case.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
