1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:14 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon (arrived at 5:44 p.m.), Lediju (arrived at 5:24 p.m.), Matias, Matulac, and Palmares
Absent: Mayor Sorce
Staff present: City Clerk Abrahamson
3. ACTION CALENDAR
A. CONDUCT APPLICANT INTERVIEWS FOR GREATER VALLEJO
RECREATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS (GVRD) AND THE CITY
OF VALLEJO'S MEASURE P OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE (MPOC) AND
SURVEILLANCE ADVISORY BOARD (SAB)
Recommendation: Conduct applicant interviews for appointment to the following:
• GVRD - 1 vacancy. Term to expire 12/7/29
• MPOC - 4 vacancies: Districts 1, 2, 4 and 5. District 1 term to expire 10/10/26 and Districts 2, 4 and 5 terms to expire 10/10/27 • SAB - 1 vacancy. District 6. Term to expire 1/2/29
Interviews only will be conducted at this special meeting. Appointments are scheduled for the November 18 regular City Council meeting.

MPOC – Aleta Santos (District 4) and Michael Bunch (District 5) SAB – Krupa Naran (District 6)
