1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Bregenzer, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju, Matias (arrived at 6:08 p.m.), Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 6:19 p.m.)
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Manager Conley, Assistant City Attorney Knight, Risk Manager Sarkis, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, Chief Ta and Deputy Chief Knight
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 6:07 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. Liability Claims: Vincent Sproete v. City of Vallejo, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.95
B. Conference with Labor Negotiators Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
