1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Councilmembers Gordon, Lediju (arrived during closed session), Matias, Matulac, and Palmares (arrived at 7:00 p.m.)
Absent: Vice Mayor Bregenzer
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, Deputy City Clerk Joya, Assistant City Managers Conley and Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, Assistant City Attorney Knight, Human Resources Director Sifuentes, and Assistant to the City Manager Peterson.
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:14 p.m.

The Council reconvened into Open Session at 8:00 p.m.
