1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:01 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju (arrived during closed session), Matias (arrived at 5:42 p.m.), and Palmares
Absent: Mayor Sorce
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, City Clerk Abrahamson, Assistant City Managers Conley and Haen, Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner, and Assistant City Attorney Knight
The City Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 5:04 p.m.

Councilmember Gordon left the closed session and returned to the Council Chambers at 6:47 p.m.
