1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 4:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce (left during closed session at 5:45 p.m.), Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju (arrived at 4:45 p.m.), Matias (arrived at 4:48 p.m.), and Palmares (arrived at 4:46 p.m.)
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Council Conference Room at 4:34 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Designated Representatives: Andrew Murray, City Manager and Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
Employee Organizations: Vallejo Police Officers Association (VPOA), International Association of Firefighters, Local 1186 (IAFF), Confidential, Administrative, Managerial, Professional Association (CAMP), and Unrepresented Employees

The Council reconvened into open session in the Council Chambers at 8:10 p.m.
City Attorney Nebb reported Council provided direction to its labor negotiators on Item 3A and no action to report on Items 3B and 3C.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
