1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju, Matias (arrived at 5:34 p.m.), and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: City Manager Murray, City Attorney Nebb, and Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner
The Council convened into closed session in the Council Conference Room at 5:33 p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION

The Council reconvened into open session in the Council Chambers at 9:33 p.m.
Chief Assistant City Attorney Risner reported Council provided direction and there was no other action to report.

The meeting adjourned at 9:36 p.m.
