1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju (arrived during Closed Session), Matias, and Palmares
Absent: None
Staff present: Acting City Manager Haen, Assistant City Manager Conley and City Attorney Nebb
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Law Library at 5:06 p.m.

The Council convened into open session in the Council Chambers at 10:09 p.m.
City Attorney Nebb reported the following:
• Closed Session Item 3A, 3B and 3C – Council provided direction to its legal counsel. There is no further action to report.
• Closed Session Item 3D – Item was not heard this evening and there is no action to report.
• Closed Session Item 3E – Council provided direction to its agency representative and there is no further action to report.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 10:11 p.m.
