1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Sorce, Vice Mayor Matulac, Councilmembers Bregenzer, Gordon, Lediju (arrived during Closed Session) and Matias
Absent: Councilmember Palmares
Staff present: City Attorney Nebb
The Council convened into Closed Session in the Conference Room at 6:38p.m.
3. CLOSED SESSION
A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6
Agency Designated Representative: Stephanie Sifuentes, Human Resources Director
Unrepresented Employee: Interim City Manager
The Council reconvened into open session at 8:28 p.m.
City Attorney Nebb reported Council provided direction to its agency representative and there is no further action to report.
4. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
